Since 1990 Vince Megna has represented consumers exclusively when their cars turned out to be lemons. He has battled the giants of Detroit for nearly two decades becoming one of the premier lemon law lawyers in the nation while winning the largest lemon law verdicts and settlements on record. In 2003, Lawyers Weekly USA honored Vince Megna as one of the top ten lawyers of the year for his work in consumer advocacy. In 2008 he was again selected as a Wisconsin Super Lawyer. Mr. Megna has been called corporate America's worst nightmare by radio station WFLA, Tampa, Florida, and Wisconsin 's renowned lemon law lawyer by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. His book, Bring on Goliath: Lemon Law Justice in America (KenPress, 2003) was declared simply the best book I have ever read on consumer justice by Warren Brown of the Washington Post. Attorney Megna concentrates his practice in the area of civil litigation, primarily representing consumers in automobile warranty claims (Lemon Law and Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act cases) and other consumer matters.
